- By ordering, you confirm you own your artwork or have permission to use it, including logos, photos and trademarks. You’re responsible for any claims about it. We can decline artwork that is illegal, hateful or infringing.
- Colors on screen may look slightly different from the printed or embroidered result. Thread, ink and material can vary slightly between batches.
- Prices marked “est.” (like lamination) are confirmed on your proof before you pay in full.
- Design files are your property. We may photograph finished work for our portfolio and social pages unless you ask us not to.
- Prices and availability can change. If there’s an error in a price, we’ll contact you before processing the order.
