    Heads up — this is real embroidered thread, not a printed copy:
    • Your final cap won't look pixel-identical to the file you upload — it's stitched thread, not a digital print, so fine detail and shading get simplified
    • Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) embroider cleanest — if you only have PNG/JPG, send the highest resolution version you have
    • Bold, simple shapes and clean lines hold up best — very fine detail or thin lines can get lost in stitching
    • Solid colors embroider better than gradients or photo-style shading — we'll match your design to the closest thread colors
    • Keep text no smaller than about ¼" tall once sized on the cap — smaller text can blur together
    • Fewer colors keep your design crisp and keep costs down — every extra thread color adds setup time
