Shipping & Pickup Policy

* Pickup: Free at our shop in Somerton, AZ. We'll let you know when your order is ready. Hours: Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 9am–4pm.
* Shipping: Available where offered at checkout. Rates are calculated at checkout.
* Production time: Small orders are often ready within a few days. Larger orders take longer. We'll give you an estimated ready date when we send your proof, and we'll tell you if anything changes.
* Delays: Delivery times from carriers are estimates. Once an order ships, we're not responsible for carrier delays.
* Damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
